Kesunyian membelenggu diri ini..

Semakin hari, aku dapat rasakan kesunyian pada diriku terus meningkat..
Apa sebenarnya yg ku inginkan???

aKu HaNYa mENyUSahkan..

Kadangkala bermain kat fikiran aku.... adakah aku selalu menyusahkan orang lain??? Bila dikaji dan terus mengkaji, 80% hidup aku nie berkemungkinan besar hanya menyumbang kepada kesusahan orang lain...

Aku selalu menyusahkan orang lain, especially teman hidupku yang aku paling sayangi.. Banyak benda yang aku dah buat padanya sehingga kadangkala aku sendiri x sanggup nak melihat dia dalam keadaan sedemikian rupa.. Muken orang di sekeliling aku x nampak betapa aku risaukan keadaannya sekarang... Hati ini selalu menangis, sebak dan sedih bila terkenangkan keadaannya skrg..

Walaupun aku di lihat seolah-olah gembira, ketawa berdekah-dekah di sana sini, tapi pada hakikatnya hati aku x se aliran dengan sikap dan tindak-tanduk diri aku sendiri. Kadangkala aku terfikir, apa salah dia pada aku sampai dia jadi macam tu.. Aku yang salah... Aku terlalu menekan, mengharap benda yang bukan2 dan selalu sensitif tak kena masa..

Aku x sepatotnya membebankan dia dengan masalah aku.. Aku sedar dan terjaga dari lenaku skrg.. Muken aku x sepatotnya meletakkan beban itu ke bahunya.. Aku boleh hadapinya sendiri. Aku hampir mejangkaui 24 tahun hidup di bumi ini..

Apa yang aku boleh katakan pada insan yang aku paling syg, abg janji x kan bebankan sayang dengan masalah abg.. Abg akan tanggungnya sendiri dan cuba utk selesaikan dengan bijak dan terbaik..

Abg x pernah lupa akan pengorbanan sayang selama ini.. Abg appreciate semuanya...
Abg x mampu nak membalasnya, biar Allah sahaja yang membalasnya..

Mudah-mudahan syg hidup dalam keadaan yang sempurna dengan perlindungan Allah selamanya...

UTM launches new corporate image

Skudai, February 4^th: Eversince its establishment as a Technical School in 1904, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia has undergone rapid development in many aspects.

UTM has also continuously taken various initiatives to improve its visibility and image to obtain recognition locally and internationally through its value system, academic culture, intellectual ecosystem, work culture and academic ideals.

In his speech at the launching of the new UTM corporate image ceremony on 3^rd of February 2008 at Dewan Sultan Iskandar, the Vice Chancellor, Dato’ Prof. Ir. Dr. Zaini Ujang said that it is important for the UTM community to work together as a team in creating a new image and build good reputation to make UTM become prominent and renowned as a higher learning institution.

“We can achieve a better image for the university through intangible means related to our value system and intrinsic principles in which we operate and function, and also through tangible elements or image creation in relation to physical improvements such as the placement of our logo, typeface, tagline and other cosmetic enhancement to all print materials and communication medium” he said.

However, Zaini highlighted that whatever image is created, it is actually the culmination of the strength of our value system, academic culture, intellectual environment, academic idealism, work process and good team work that should reflect our the culture of the university community.

With the announcement of the new placement of logo and typeface as part of the new corporate image of UTM, Zaini said that it is compulsory for all faculties, departments and divisions to use this new image which is reflective of certain qualities such as steadfastness, strength (intellectual, mental, emotional, spiritual, ethical and physical) and scholarship in relation to being learned and knowledgeable in specialized fields.

“Starting from today onwards, we will use this new image with the university initial and name clearly depicted to the right side of the university’s logo all our official transactions. We are taking this step to make it easier for the public to identify us and make UTM more prominent since there are more than one hundred institutions of higher learning in our country now,” he added.

“As a service-based organization, the staff symbolizes UTM and every inch of their movement will be monitored by their peers and outsiders and due to this, it is compulsory for every citizen of this university to be aware of the aspiration of the university and the transformation plan towards improvement that have been made especially in the context of challenges in higher learning nowadays,” he said in his closing speech.

"So, dengan adanya proses penjenamaan semula UTM ini, di harap UTM dapat terus maju ke hadapan untuk mencapai matlamatnye dalam usaha menaiktaraf universiti ini ke tahap Universiti Penyelidikan dan Universiti Apex satu hari nanti..." Tgk ar pix VC yg sibuk dengan agenda terbarunya ini..

iNduksi 2/2008

4 Dis 2008 sehingga 24 Dis 2008, minggu yang amat menggembirakan diri ini... X perlu masuk ke ofis, x perlu bebankan kepala dengan tugasan di pejabat, malah "diwajibkan" mengikuti Kursus Induksi sebagai satu syarat untuk pengesahan jawatan dalam sektor kerajaan.

Kursus yang cukup menyeronokkan... Mana tak nyer, dapat kenal dengan sahabat baru yang x penah kenal pun sebelum nie.. Mcm2 ragam manusia rupanya yang dapat di jengah bila aku mengikuti kursus ni.. Ada yang nampak macam berlagak, sombong, kekwat tpi ternyata sume nyer palsu belaka.. Sume baik2 jerk...

Pengalaman yang x boleh aku lupakan, di lantik sebagai Penghulu sepanjang kursus ini berjalan.. Mak Aii... Tugas nyer bukan main berat.. Tiap2 pagi kena pastikan sume peserta dapat nota yang akan di bincangkan pada hari tersebut, pastikan nyanyian Lagu Negaraku berkumandang pada tiap-tiap pagi sebagai salah satu cara menyemarakkan semangat cintakan negara... Kalau ade je silap skit, maknanye aku sebagai Penghulu ni akan di bambu dan di sindir macam2 oleh semua ahli kumpulan.. Tpi, see the leg lah skit... Takdepun sebarang masalah yang aku timbulkan sepanjang kursus tue..

22hb Dis 2008 tepat jam 8.30 malam, pihak penganjur telah mengadakan Malam Mesra sempena akan berakhirnya kursus yang di anjurkan ni. Setiap kumpulan perlu menyediakan satu persembahan sebagai penghangat dan pemanas majlis pada malam tue.

Kumpulan Pengurusan & Profesional - buat persembahan sketsa isu semasa
Kumpulan Sokongan 1 - buat persembahan dikir barat mcm tak berdikir barat langsung..
Kumpulan Sokongan 2 (Kumpulan aku) - buat persembahan sketsa mengenai, isu harga minyak, peperangan di Palestin dan sukan SUMO..

Mana2 kumpulan yang dapat melakukan persembahan terbaik akan menerima hadiah dan di nobatkan sebagai kumpulan terbaik..

Ehem... "Sekarang diumumkan persembahan kumpulan terbaik sempena Malam Mesra Induksi jatuh kepada Kumpulan Sokongan 2".. Bayangkan ayat tue keluar dari mulut peneraju majlis semasa hari penutup kursus tu.. Aku macam berada di awang-awangan plak... X sangka kumpulan aku leh menang persembahan tu... ZzZzZzZ..

Apepun, itu semua hasil kerja keras semua ahli kumpulan dan bukan sebab aku nie Penghulu dieorang.. Memang seronok lah sepanjang kursus tu..

So, untuk korang2 yang nak kerja ngan kerajaan tu, induksi tu wajib yer.. tpi amat menyeronokkan..
